- Product components are damaged during production or shipping.
- The product is delivered in a manner inconsistent with the agreed-upon reasons between the buyer and Minikraf.
- Delivery is made outside the timeframe agreed upon in the contract or agreement.
- The buyer will return the defective product to the Minikraf address specified.
- Shipping costs for returning defective products are borne entirely by Minikraf, not the buyer.
- Minikraf will repair the returned product at no additional cost.
- The repair process is carried out by Minikraf’s technical team in accordance with the company’s quality standards.
- The product is nearing completion and has passed final quality control.
- The product is ready to be shipped and is packaged in its shipping packaging.
- Return requests are submitted when the product is already in the shipping queue.
- This policy applies specifically to physical defects that can be verified by the Minikraf team.
- Buyers are advised to immediately report any issues they encounter so they can be processed before the product reaches the final stage.
- Photographic or video documentation of product defects can help expedite the verification and return process.
