Determine the design type and size. You can see design references from sample products that have been listed on our website, Instagram, and also our Facebook page. You can also order with your own design.
Consult the type of design you choose with our admin team via WhatsApp, telephone, or email. Our team will be happy to help you.
For details on packaging prices, please include the type of product category, size, and order quantity.
After the design, price, and production time are fixed, you can fill in the consumer data as follows:

Payment
If you have agreed with the order, please make a Down Payment of 50% of the total cost of the order. Payment can be made via transfer via Bank Mandiri or Bank BCA (the account number will be provided by MINIKRAF Customer Service). It is obligatory to include the name of the customer and the name of the product ordered on the transfer note, in order to make it easier for us to carry out administrative checks so that they can be immediately forwarded to the production process. The remaining payment can be paid in full before the goods are shipped.
Order Confirmation
After making a 50% down payment, MINIKRAF Customer Service will re-validate before the order goes into the production process. Validation is related to size, color, quantity, description of additional accessories, delivery address, price, shipping costs, and production time. If you have agreed, the order will proceed to the production process.
After entering the production process, orders cannot be changed or canceled.
Note:
If for some reason you want a change when the order has entered the production process, an additional fee will be charged according to the predetermined nominal (the nominal is determined from what percentage of the product has been made). Due to changes in production materials, the production time will also increase from the agreed production time.
Production process
When entering production time, you have the right to ask for photos of production progress to find out about the development of the ordered product. MINIKRAF Customer Service will also inform you if the product ordered has been completed early. However, if for some reason there is a change in the production time which is delayed from the stipulated time, then MINIKRAF Customer Service will also inform you, and we will still try to complete the order as quickly as possible.
Packaging
MINIKRAF Customer Service will inform you when the order has been produced. We will inform the number of packing and product photos in ready-to-send packing. You will also get information on the remaining amount of the bill that has not been paid.
Delivery
After you make a payment in full, the delivery process will be carried out using a shipping service that has collaborated with MINIKRAF or in accordance with the previous agreement. You are entitled to a delivery receipt when the ordered goods have entered the delivery service.
Warranty
We guarantee when something goes wrong in the production process, with shipping costs borne by both parties (MINIKRAF and the consumer). We do not provide guarantees due to errors on the part of the consumer or damaged during the shipping process. If there is an error from the consumer and asks to be repaired again, the shipping costs are fully borne by the consumer.
Product quality guarantee when the goods have arrived in the hands of consumers and checked. The guarantee does not apply in the future if there is a decrease in product quality, due to weather factors and storage of the product.
